Changing the words of one of the greatest authors to ever live is shameful and totally against the spirit of the author. Words matter. Obviously the woke Left hates words and their meanings because like everything else in the clown world of leftism to these Bozos words are yet another constraint on their identity, or a chance to have their feelings hurt. Pathetic. These people need a visit from the Oompah Loompahs to smack them across their clown faces with a Willy Wonka chocolate bar.

You want to talk about abusing privilege? You’re a publisher who was entrusted to preserve the works of a man more accomplished than any single employee of his publishing company and you think you have the right to change his words? Talk about blind arrogance

If you’re not offended by this disgraceful move by Dahl’s publisher then you are perhaps not paying attention. And any writer who is okay with this is off the artistic roll call forever. It’s a betrayal of what it is to be a creator of a story.
